Description
A 65 year old male farmer, resident of western Maharashtra presented to us in a disoriented state, vomiting, loose watery stools, fever with chills, since 3 days. His wife gave history of intermittent faver – 2-3 weeks (max spike 101degreeF), cough – productive since 3 days, vomiting – non projectile.
