53 year old male, presents with fever, maculopapular rash for last 7 days, myalgia, oral ulceration and
diarrhoea for 3 days.

• Fever, intermittent, high grade (Tmax-103 F) with chills for last 7 days.
• Erythematous, maculopapular, pruritic skin rash all over body for last 7 days.
• Myalgia for last 3 days.
• Oral ulceration involving, hard palate, poserior pharyngeal wall and tongue for last 3 days.
• Diarrhea, small volume, 6-8 episodes/24 hours, with mucus, non bloody for last 3 days.
