24 year old man who presents in February 2019, 4 years status post liver transplant for autoimmune hepatitis with
Continuous high grade fever with chills for 3 weeks
o Dry cough
o Dyspnoea on exertion
o Loss of appetite
o Loss of weight (5-6 kg over 2 months)
o Skin lesion (right side of upper and outer back)
