India HIV Case Discussion (2016-08-18) Case 1

A 35 year old female, recently diagnosed with HIV presented with history of –
– Fever- intermittent type, fluctuating between 101-103 ^of associated with chills since 2 weeks
– Dry cough since 2 weeks
– Rash all over the body with itching since 2 weeks
– Burning micturition since 2 days
– Loose stools 4-5 episodes/day, watery in consistency since 2 days
– No h/o abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting
– No h/o breathlessness, chest pain
– No h/o joint pain
