India HIV Case Discussion (2016-10-20) Case 2

37yr/female. K/c/o HIV-1 reactive since 4 months (Dec 2015). Came to SGH in April 2016 with c/o 1) diminished vision in both the eyes since 1 month 2) involuntary movements of right hand since 1 month. Diminished vision since one month – initially left eye – painless – now complete blindness since 10 days. Involuntary movements of right hand since one month – not a/w any posture – present at rest.
