State antibody testing results murky as officials decline to release raw data
Times Union (Albany)
Natasha Chida, an associate professor of medicine in the division of infectious diseases at Johns Hopkins University, said there is only one strain of COVID-19, but uncertainty with current antibody tests at this time makes results unreliable.
"For that reason, I don't think it’s helpful to release (results) to the public," Chida said. "I think there is a lot of testing that’s being developed, so I'm hopeful that we will have a good test soon."
