60 yo M, Mexican immigrant, with PMHx gout, hypothyroidism, BPH, OA. Presented with easy bruising, petechiae, gingival bleed. No constitutional sx. Meds: Terazosin, Allopurinol, Levothyroxine, Tramadol. Labs: WBC 4.0, Hgb 14.8, Plts 2
