ID Clinical Minute provides US-based and international clinicians and trainees with synopses of a wide variety of information about infectious disease practice related to the care of adults and special reports on breaking news events. Subscribers are required to accept the Terms of Use in order to use the website and receive the email briefing. At such time that the Terms of Use are revised, subscribers will be notified and asked to accept the new terms.

Subscribers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Johns Hopkins Center for Clinical Global Health Education (CCGHE), the Johns Hopkins University or any of its legal entities, Johns Hopkins Medicine, or the Johns Hopkins Health System, University or Health System leaders, faculty, or staff, or subscribers of ID Clinical Minute from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, a subscriber's use of ID Clinical Minute or breach of the Terms of Use.

Although ID Clinical Minute strives to verify that contents are timely and accurate, subscribers understand that changes occur in standard of care, and CCGHE, the Johns Hopkins University and its legal entities, Johns Hopkins Medicine, and the Johns Hopkins Health System are not liable for omissions or errors, or for any damage or loss of any other kind involving clinician users or their patients. Subscribers are encouraged to independently investigate content distributed in ID Clinical Minute. The publication is issued as distributed, without warranty, expressed or implied, and use of the information is at the risk of the subscriber.

ID Clinical Minute does not accept advertising or editorial contributions from, nor is the publication developed with funding provided by, any pharmaceutical companies or commercial product developers. A subscriber expressly agrees that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with ID Clinical Minute, CCGHE, Johns Hopkins University or any of its legal entities, Johns Hopkins Medicine, or the Johns Hopkins Health System, University or Health System faculty or staff, contributors, or service providers, resides in the courts of Maryland, and further consent and agree to personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts sitting in the State of Maryland in connection with any such dispute.

The content, in part or in total, has been provided pursuant to the doctrine of "Fair Use" as defined in United States copyright law. Subscribers agree to the requirements of "Fair Use," and unauthorized use applications may violate copyright, trademark, service mark, or other laws. Subscribers agree not to copy or adapt the HTML or other code used to generate newsletter pages. Subscribers agree not to sell or modify contents without express permission of CCGHE.

Subscribers must provide true, accurate, and current information in the registration form and should make every effort to maintain the registration information current in the event of changes.
